You can complete the Beach Club registration form before you arrive, using the steps outlined below. On the first day, you’ll need to hand in the completed form at the registration desk. Places at Beach Club are not pre-booked, and we will include every child that attends.

The form is available in two formats, a PDF Document and a Microsoft Office Word Document. You will probably find the Microsoft Office Word Document easier to fill in on your computer.

Fill in the Form
- If you have downloaded the Microsoft Office Word Document, you should be able to complete the form in Microsoft Office Word, OpenOffice Writer or a similar word-processing application.
- If you instead downloaded the PDF version, you may need to use specialist software, such as a licenced version of Adobe Acrobat to complete the form.
- You can also print off the form and fill it in offline.
You’ll need to enter details such as the names of your children, their ages, and your contact information.
- For the school year entry, please put the school year your child will be after September.
- If your child is starting reception or early years in September, put ‘EY’ as the school year.
- If your child will not be attending school in September, leave the school year blank.
- The second emergency contact can be your partner, a grandparent, a carer, or an adult you trust. They do not have to be related to your child. This person will be contacted if we cannot contact you in the event of an emergency involving your child.

- You must sign the form at the bottom, alongside your printed name.

Print the Form and Take it to Beach Club
If you filled in the form on the computer, print it off and remember to bring it with you when you come to Beach Club. You’ll need to hand it in to the registration desk when you arrive, where your children will be given booklets for Beach Club 2019. Each morning you’ll simply need to take these booklets to the desk to register your children present.
What if I don’t have a printer?
Completing the Beach Club Registration form before arriving simply makes the registration process faster for you when you come to Beach Club. It should also be a little easier as all the details you need are with you at home. However, you will still be able to register at Beach Club on the morning you arrive by completing the same form at our registration desk.
